A music video to The Hush Sound’s Lighthouse
Take what you need while there’s time
The city will be earth in a short while
If I’m not mistaken it’s been in flames
You and I will escape to the seaside
There is a storm in the distance
The wind breathing warning of its imminence
There is a lighthouse five hundred yards down
You and I will be safe there
There is a girl who haunts that lighthouse
She saved me, I was swimming
So young I almost drowned
Under the water she sang a story
Of losing her lover
She calls a warning
Love, you are foolish, you’re tired
Your sleeplessness makes you a liar
The city is burning
The ocean is turning
Our only chance is the lighthouse
Her lover was a sailor
She went and she waited there
The door locked from the outside
Lover never arrived so she sings there
Soft as a siren luring the ships off their course, how alarming
We went in, we climbed up and looked out
The door locked from the outside
Three ghosts in a lighthouse

…Caused by racing thoughts, restlessness, and for the relief of general sleeplessness due to overwork/study?
I am a student who is looking for a homeopathic method to help me create a better sleep pattern for myself in order to feel well rested in the morning and not so stressed from overwork and study.
Is it habit forming? Do you recommend Valerian root capsules or tea…or some different herbal medicine in general?
When should I take it to get a good nights sleep? (like what time during the day…)
I bought a package of 400 mg/80 mg extract Valerian with 60 capsules.
Here's what I've relied on with heavy work and school loads:
Mix a tablespoon or so of apple cider vinegar (try to get the organic stuff) with a tablespoon or two of honey. Add warm (not hot) water and drink before bedtime. It helps to induce sleep and relaxes you as well. Years and years ago, people used to make a syrup out of honey and apple cider vinegar. They would store it in jars and drink it by the spoonful before bed as a cure for insomnia. It really works!
Chamomile tea is also very effective - more so if you allow it to steep *covered*. Don't have it if you have ragweed allergies, though - they are cousins in the plant kingdom!
Hope this helps - Sweet Dreams…..
I had a five-year, on-and-off, relationship with a girl from Jacksonville, North Carolina. We were engaged to be married, at one time. Some of the best times of my life I had with her. She married a Marine from Camp Lejeune. He called me out of the blue once. He talked about how she and I still stayed in touch after their marriage. From the short conversation I had with him, I liked him. I think he liked me too. Never heard from him again.
